Questioning our anonymity... Should it be put on the altar? In 12-step programs we always respect anonymity. It's a necessary component of self-help community. But Christianity isn't conducted anonymously.
"Faith is the substance of things hoped for." Something like a tube of toothpaste. If I squeeze hope, faith is the substance that comes out.

It is no surprise. We regularly endure hearing that there are "significant" reasons why Church Leaders and their congregations won't involve themselves with the Recovery Community. Recovery Community Meetings are a banquet - to serve the Word of Truth, feed the Milk of the Gospel and comfort people in pain. "But when you give a banquet, invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, the blind..."
