Answering “Flat Earth” Christian Dogma

God speaks to us through his Spirit, through His Word and through His Creation.

God is not human, that he should lie, not a human being, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfill? Nu.23:19

None of these can be in conflict.  Gods Word, His Spirit and His Creation all speak the truth. In fact, each is required as an independent witness. Biblical truth is established thus:

One witness is not enough to convict anyone accused of any crime or offense they may have committed. A matter must be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses. Deut. 19:15

In the following PDF’s … You’ll find a very lightly outlined discussion of why Science Denial is a false doctrine.  And as such, we should be very careful absorbing and then repeating as true what “Flat Earth” teachers espouse.

It’s a question we should all answer for ourselves.  It’s possible that answer will amplify our faith.  Sometimes it’s not one or the other — It can be both (as nature so carefully instructs in quantum physics.)  And if I don’t understand, isn’t that the essence of faith?
